RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
All sales are final, within reason. No refunds or returns unless they are received by the buyer damaged.
Exceptions:
- We will do exchanges for clothing only (t-shirts, hoodies, crew necks – NOT hats) if they do not fit (buyer pays shipping).
- We will exchange a product in the event the buyer received the wrong product due to our error (we will pay for shipping).
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for an exchange (clothing only), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your item is damaged, please take a photo and attached it with your request.
