Meet the Team

Creativity. Collaboration. Attention to Detail.

Ashley Roberts - CEO

Hi, I’m Ashley, CEO of ADR Medical Licensing. At ADR, we’re dedicated to making the licensing process easier, faster, and more reliable for healthcare professionals—so they can focus on caring for others.

With years of experience in licensing and leadership, I’ve built a team that shares my passion for great service and smart solutions. Together, we help providers navigate complex requirements with confidence and clarity.

I’m deeply inspired by the medical community and proud to support those who serve. Outside of work, I’m a widow and mom of four incredible kids, a Seahawks superfan, coffee lover, and amateur baker who finds joy in everyday adventures.

Thanks for taking a moment to get to know me. I’m excited about the work we’re doing at ADR—and what’s still to come.

Adam Mehlhoff - Director of Operations

As ADR’s Director of Operations, Adam has spent the past five years focused on simplifying and streamlining the licensing process for healthcare providers. He enjoys working alongside a dedicated and knowledgeable team at ADR.

With a background in health insurance and business management, he is passionate about reducing the stress and time burden of licensing so providers can focus on patient care and enjoy a better work-life balance. He thrives in the ever-evolving regulatory landscape and values the opportunity to learn something new each day.

Outside of work, he and his wife explore the Pacific Northwest through hiking and camping. He’s also passionate about art, music, travel, and trying new cuisines.

Katie Weer - Data Specialist

Katie joined the ADR Team in July 2024 and brings a rich background in both data management and client services. In addition to her role as a Data Specialist, she’s a licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington State, helping clients buy and sell homes with care and confidence.

Prior to her work in data and real estate, Katie was a Social Services Specialist in a nursing and rehab facility, where she focused on safe discharge planning, long-term care, and social intervention. Katie is passionate about making people’s lives easier and is thrilled to be part of the ADR team.

Outside of work, she stays busy with her family in Bonney Lake, Washington, where she lives with her husband Luke, their two children, Charlotte and Wyatt, and their dogs, Pepper and Ranger. She loves camping, gardening, reading, and cheering on her kids in football and cheer. An active school volunteer, Katie recently served two years as PTA President and will serve as Vice President in the upcoming school year. She and her family love outdoor adventures and making the most of every moment together.

Jordan Keasler - Licensing Specialist

Jordan brings over three years of experience in licensing and more than a decade in pediatric healthcare. At ADR, she ensures providers are fully licensed and ready to care for the patients who need them, something she finds deeply rewarding after years on the front lines of medicine.

Outside of work, Jordan stays busy with her husband and their four kids, ranging from toddlers to teens. She enjoys playing soccer, working out, watching sports, cheering on her oldest on the soccer field, and reading with her youngest.
